Q2. How to proceed with an order?

A: To Order:
  1. Kindly confirm your quantity
  2. We will give final confirmation of price and an invoice will be issued
  3. Customer will make the Advance or Full Payment, As per Conversation.
  4. We will start your work same day after payment is received.

Q3. How can we guarantee quality?

We offer free of cost samples so that our customers can test the quality and precision of the Syringes.

NOTE: The customer has to pay shipping/courier charges.

Q4. What about the lead time?

A: Most Samples need 5 days to dispatch, in special design/customization more time may be required, and mass production time needs 2-3 weeks for most orders.

Q6. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

We usually ship by DHL, FedEx, Ups, . It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping is also optional.
